and sales-hungry individual to sell advertising packages to both inbound
leads and advertisers currently using rival media. The successful applicant
will have:
• A passionate, demonstrable interest in the property industry
• The drive, desire and determination to succeed in a target-driven
environment
• Proven track record of minimum 12 months’ telesales experience
(UK or International)
• The ability to proactively source and establish links with new
business leads
• Excellent communication skills at all levels - a charismatic and
persuasive speaker
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages
a bonus)
Property Ssales Executive
£18k basic OTE £35k year 1, £45k year 2, then accelerator
bonus
We need a confident, hungry, driven and determined salesperson responsible
for client management and generation of revenue through telephone and
face-to-face sales in the online property market. The successful applicant
will have:
• A passionate interest and involvement in the property industry
• An education to Graduate level or equivalent
• A proven track record of achieving revenue and activity targets
in a client-focused sales environment
• The ability to proactively source and establish links with new
business leads
• Excellent client management skills both over the telephone and
face-to-face
• Good IT skills to include MS Office
• Minimum 12 months’ telesales experience
Sales Support Co-ordinator (Spanish speaker)
£18k - £26k dependent on experience
This is an important and exciting role responsible for co-ordinating sales
progression. The successful applicant will have:
• An education to degree level or equivalent
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision showing
good initiative
• Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and
spoken English and Spanish)
• Property administration experience
• Good IT skills to include MS Office
• Other European languages a bonus
